What This Work Addresses
This coaching helps people understand what sustained pressure is doing to their health, capacity and performance.
It works across the full picture: physical strain, mental load, emotional pressure and the behavioral patterns that sit underneath them.
The aim is not quick fixes or short-term coping.
The focus is to restore clarity, rebuild capacity and support more sustainable and healthier ways of operating over time before performance starts to erode.
Who It Supports
The better people feel, the more successful they’ll be. This work meets people where they are, guiding them from strain to clarity. It supports people across your organisation who are:
under sustained pressure with limited recovery
showing early signs of health strain that affect capacity and judgement
navigating high-stakes transitions (return to work, promotion or exit)
onboarding into a new role or management position
operating in senior or high-responsibility roles where performance is critical.
21 Days of Creating
Starting 21 March
A couple of years ago I ran something called ‘21 Days of Creating’ and about 60 people joined. Every day for 21 days we simply made something. Big or small.
Some people painted, some wrote poems, some started projects they had been putting off for years. What I loved was that we realised creativity doesn’t have to be huge or perfect.
It can be incredibly small, one line of a drawing, one brush stroke, one sentence in a story, one minute of time.
We often tell ourselves we’ll start when life is calmer, when work is less busy, when the kids are older, when we feel more confident. But what if we just started now? If we did one minute of creativity every day for 21 days, we would make progress.
So I’m running it again.
Starting 21 March, we’ll have a simple WhatsApp group where each morning I’ll post a short creative prompt or thought for the day. You can share what you create if you want to, but there’s absolutely no pressure.
This is simply about making space for creativity in everyday life.
Everyone is welcome.
Entry is £20 per household (so families can take part together). The small fee just helps ensure that the group is full of people who genuinely want to participate.
